    Will I automatically be put on CPAP?+

    No. CPAP is only one of several pathways. Your plan depends on what your baseline shows: airway obstruction may call for modern CPAP support, a mandibular advancement device (MAD), a tongue stabilizing device (TSD), or INSPIRE therapy when clinically indicated; insomnia patterns may call for digital CBT-i; and metabolic blockers may call for sleep optimization plus medication review when appropriate.

    How do I know if CBT-i, CPAP, or GLP-1 care is right for me?+

    You do not have to decide before starting. The assessment and home sleep data help the clinical team identify whether your main barrier is airway collapse, conditioned insomnia, fragmented sleep, metabolic strain, or a combination.

    Is a home sleep test accurate?+

    Yes. The home sleep test we use is FDA-cleared and has been validated against in-lab polysomnography—the gold standard for sleep diagnosis. It captures multiple biosignals including respiratory effort, oxygen saturation, heart rate, snoring, and body position to calculate your apnea-hypopnea index (AHI), sleep stages, and other clinical metrics. For most patients with suspected obstructive sleep apnea, a home sleep test is clinically equivalent to an overnight lab study—and far more convenient.
